In 1999 our family of three left South Africa for a fresh start in New Zealand. Swopping the rat race of Johannesburg city for a laid back Bay of Plenty lifestyle. “Sweet as“, as the locals would say. We followed my husband’s work, in the engineering field, around for a while before happily settling in Rotorua in 2002. Our family unit grew to five over the next four years. Challenging and developing my skills at multitasking to the full. Our older two children happily attend Kaharoa School loving the warm and friendly environment of their country School. As pre- school age has approached for our youngest, I have switched my full time home manager’s hat for a Real Estate Sales and Marketing Consultant’s hat. Our free time is spent exploring the ever accessible and pristine wonders of New Zealand. We have tried and thoroughly enjoyed our hand at sailing, kayaking, skiing and tramping. Wow! I bring to the table nine years of international business experience in the fashion industry. Where I learnt that the ever changing and challenging markets in business require a proactive approach to remain profitable. I use this approach to provide my clients with the best possible service that I am able to, which means that they are in a better position to achieve what is important to them. Call me on 021 02491185

Andrew Armstrong
Sales |
|
Born 1958. Real Estate Consultant since 1983.
A successful transaction from start to finish requires the skills and knowledge of an experienced professional sales person. It also requires a person that is able to change with the market and the technology.
If you are wanting results – I can provide them; If you want innovative ways to list your property – I have the ideas; If you are wanting an achiever – I have the accolades.
I was born and raised in the South Island and have lived in Rotorua for over 30 years. I am the third of my parent’s six sons. I am a cabinet-maker by trade. My formative years were strict but those years helped me form the principles that I live and work by and share with my family today. I have three wonderful children who have all now left home and have full time jobs or are at University. I have two Burmese cats and a Fox Terrier dog. I enjoy the occasional game of golf when I get the opportunity.
I am not a pushy person. I am a person who believes in doing everything honestly and the right way. I look at every situation and apply the ‘how would I feel and be affected’ principle.
I believe my job is to make sure everyone knows that the houses I list are “For Sale” and also keep totally up to date with all other listings for those purchasing a home. When meeting new clients I prepare myself as if going to a new job interview, it is crucial for those clients to expect nothing less than my total commitment. When you either buy or sell your property with me, I can guarantee that everything is being done that can be done. Find out for yourself just how much you will be rewarded by having one of Rotorua’s most experienced and innovative sales consultants working for you. |

Alan spent many years working in sales and marketing with large multi national companies, meeting and negotiating with customers from many nationalities, particularly Australisian, Asian and Middle East. While he thrived on the busy lifestyle, he always had in mind that he wanted to own and operate his own business. Five years ago, the opportunity arose to purchase a motel business, so Alan and Prue moved to Rotorua. Now , after meeting, accomodating, advising and helping guests from all over the world to have a great stay in Rotorua, alan has determined to pursue another of his passions, real estate. He believes that the experience gained from assisting guests find the accommodation best suited to their needs and get the most from their stay in Rotorua, will stand him in good stead to help buyers and sellers find their ideal home. Alan enters real estate marketing at a time when the new Real Estate Institutes Act 2008 comes in force. This brings in new legal requirements for real estate agents as well as giving better protection for buyers and sellers. Alan say, "This is an exciting time as new procedures and processes are introduced that will really benefit my clients and help then get the best from their chosen sales and marketing consultant. alan is also a keen Rotary member, a committee member for the Rotorua Association of Motels, a Chamber of Commerce member. Carole Limbrick-Hill
Sales Consultant |

Country girl at heart with interludes in Town and City.
I was born and bred on the Firth of Thames and enjoyed the tranquil life of a country kid with creeks and beach as my own private playground.
My intermediate and secondary school years were spent in Rotorua and that move was the start of the gradual widening circle of experience and geographic location.
In the late 70’s I set out to explore and found myself in London, followed by spells in Scotland, Africa and Europe. This was also followed by a stint in Auckland in the 80’s where my interest in Real Estate began.
I went back to the UK in 1993 and there I managed a large dental practice in the south of England and this was where I met my husband, Chris.
Chris and I returned to New Zealand in 2001 and purchased the Kaharoa Boarding Kennels, which Chris continues to manage allowing me to fulfil my ambition to sell Real Estate. An ambition that started in Auckland but I was not able to realise until now. Helping people find their ‘ideal’ home and the hopes and aspirations that come along with that.
I want the journey through buying and selling property to be exciting and fun.
And I would really like to make that journey with you! |

Marketing Consultant |

Just a little about myself, I have a wonderful husband Steve and three great children, my eldest Karly is married and doing well in her chosen career, my son Gary is a qualified glazier and my little girl Sarah attends Intermediate. Family are a big part of my life, and it is great that we all live and play here in Rotorua.
My career in Real Estate began in 1994 and I have never looked back, each day is a new day with different challenges and experiences.
I often look at the past years in Real Estate and try to work out what it actually is that keeps me going in a career that can be difficult and stressful!. I kept coming back to these words “It’s because I love it”. You constantly need to think outside of the square and challenge yourself with each new task as it comes your way.
IF YOU ARE SELLING:
The best way to make sure your home is not undersold – is to choose an agent that takes care of “your best interests” and to make sure you get the best possible price available in today’s market.“
IF YOU ARE BUYING:
You need an Agent that you can trust, rely on and communicate with – so when you make that purchase you do it knowing that it is the right one for you.
THERE IS ONE THING I CAN GUARANTEE:
I will give you enough information and feed back that you will immediately recognise the right decision to make whether that be buying or selling.
Please remember I thoroughly enjoy what I do so feel free to contact me anytime if you know of someone I can help. Whether it be lifestyle, lakes or residential I have experience in all fields. |

John Piercy
Sales Consultant |
|
Born and bred in Liverpool and without the Paul McCartney accent. I spent my early adult life in Auckland working in the banking industry.
In the early 1980's, I embarked on my "Kiwi OE" which started with nine months travelling through most of Asia and Europe. I spent four years in London working at famous places such as Buckingham Palace, Royal Albert Hall and the Wimbeldon Tennis Championships.
Between 1984 and 1994 I retained my Finance Idustry interest by working abroad and in New Zealand at a Mortgage Office and Insurance Company Investment Office.
In 1994 I decided to sell houses rather than approve mortgages for clients to purchase them, and from that date I have not looked back.
I have achieved an excess of 50 Million dollars in settles sale and I believe this has been the result of putting clients needs first and foremost, as well as retaining a high level of professionalism and integrity. My testimonials come by word of mouth from satisfied vendors who are always happy to refer their friends and neighbours to me for assistance. |
